Pros

The app and its modules are quite user-friendly so data collection tasks are very simple.

Cons

At the moment we mainly use Shelvz for data collection only. Any analysis, reporting or MIS dashboard creation still has to be handled separately after exporting the data from Shelvz. If reporting could be displayed directly inside the platform it would make a huge difference in user engagement. It would also be very helpful if it could connect with third-party tools like MS Power BI or other visual development software for more customized MIS reporting using Shelvz data. Another missing feature is image recognition which still has not been implemented. On top of that the suggested improvements take a very long time to develop. One requested feature has still not been delivered even after more than a year. While the simplicity is good in some ways it also becomes a drawback because the platform still lacks flexibility in certain areas.

Pros

It helps us with tracking access to all reports while the actual encoding is being done.

Cons

Auditing, encoding and file saving could be better used and organized as working tools.
