Pros
When I first came across ShopTill-e I was blown away by what I was getting for the price. After using much larger organizations in the past with big price tags, it was a refreshing change to find this new package.
Cons
I am really happy with the features built into it. The complete package meets all my needs perfectly. So no complaints.

“Turns out to be a great recommendation!
Pros
I followed a recommendation to try ShopTill-e and I am glad I did. The initial support was great and the system is intuitive once you get the hang of it. When I got stuck the helpline helped me get back on track quickly. Also I soon figured out how I wanted to set up the system. And both the ePOS and online shops run on the same database which helps prevent double selling.
Cons
As my stock changed, some old products started piling up in the database. It would be great if the Stock Management section had a delete product button. So to sort this out, at times I need help from the helpline.

It is very easy to upload products and it allows me to view the listings by category.
Cons
There is nothing we did not like. For the more complicated processes, our rep Chris, was there to walk us through everything.

“Wish we switched sooner
Pros
We switched from using separate POS and website providers to ShopTill-e because there were integration issues with the two. Now having everything in one system saves us lots of time and headaches. Plus small features, like gift vouchers working both in-store and online, having everything for inventory and reporting in one place are proven highly beneficial too. We are no longer paying for multiple subscriptions and switching has saved us hundreds every month.
Cons
Well I have not come across any issues so far. Anything we have suggested has been quickly implemented.

“Makes it manage everything simple
Pros
The POS is simple and easy to use and the website has all the basics, which makes getting started a hassle free process. The real advantage is the seamless stock synchronization between in-store and online, especially since we share the same inventory for both. Also the price for this all in one system is pretty amazing. The support has been great too.
Cons
The website side is missing a few features and sometimes we have to contact support for minor changes which is a slight drawback. The websites also do not look as polished as those from other site builders.

“Great price for what you get
Pros
Full integration between our in store stock management and online sales made setting up our webstore quick and the upkeep requires very little effort from us. The big plus for us has been the amazing support, they guided us through setting up both the online store and the ePOS system. And whenever we have run into an issue, they were quick to help us fix it or suggest good workarounds to suit our needs.
Cons
We have found that the supplier/Purchase Order section could really benefit from showing the current stock of a product. It would make restocking much quicker.
