Managing products for the website and different marketplaces is very simple. It's the kind of software we keep exploring over time because of the depth of features that it offers.

Cons

Of course nothing is ever perfect but at this point Smartcommerce may as well be. The only thing I would improve for such an innovative and complete tool is the onboarding experience. By offering in person training courses at the start users will be able to understand it better and fully take advantage of its potential.

Pros

Having a knowledgeable, hands-on team behind us makes a real difference and they consistently help steer us toward new opportunities while improving the services we offer. Being able to keep product sales synchronized between our physical store and the online shop is extremely valuable. Another strong point is the thorough support and expertise from the Haitex team. Their ongoing focus on research and product innovation, along with related services, keeps making our daily work more efficient.

Cons

It is not really a flaw of the system itself but cloud-based data storage comes with both benefits and trade-offs. If there is an outage on the upstream server side, it can understandably cause service interruptions downstream as well.

Pros

After four years of running my e-commerce with Haitex, I can say the support has been outstanding. Their team is always fast, accurate and helpful whenever something comes up. They also regularly recommend platform improvements and new features, often anticipating what clients will need and showing a real understanding of those needs. I especially appreciate how prompt and efficient their support continues to be.
