“Fast and helpful

Pros

It is quite fast during rush hours and really helps simplify our daily operations. And the fact that it runs in both French and English is a big win for our staff. Honestly it is great and I would recommend it to any mid sized restaurant.

Cons

Downloading the software was not fun and the printer needing a wired connection instead of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth made things even more problematic for my restaurant. Also it is not the ideal setup but they did help us find a workaround. Still having a wireless printer would have been much better.

“Great product for a reasonable price

Pros

This is actually the second cash register we have bought. The first one back in 2019, worked perfectly without any issues. The new one looks smart and modern with its dual screens. Also it is way easier for everyone in our team to use compared to the old school one with buttons. We mainly just use it as a cash register so we do not really need all the extra features it comes with.

Cons

The only issue for us is the language. We are French, so a lot of the translations are not quite right. However it is not a big deal though it actually gives us a good laugh sometimes.

“Better than others

Pros

I find it really simple to set up the buttons on the POS and being able to organize things into different categories makes it even more likable.

Cons

Figuring out the loyalty program was a bit difficult as there was no instruction manual or PDF to explain how it works. We also run into small daily issues with the global payments integration and the printer acts up almost every morning.
