“hard to tie charges to products”
Pros
Their support team has been the only consistent positive. I've worked with them for years and that relationship has been solid throughout.
Cons
The billing history view is extremely hard to work with when trying to figure out which charges are tied to a specific product. It's frustrating enough that we decided to build an integration rather than rely on their web interface just to solve this problem. I'd be happy to show a demo of how we think this should be presented.
