“terrible tool”
Pros
The POS works fine for general use and the support team is helpful when you can reach them.
Cons
The new app was a real waste of my time. New images would not show on the terminal so I reinstalled the app, only to find it no longer works with my Star printer. Support told me they now only support one specific Xprinter model and offered to sell me one for PHP7000 even though my current printer works perfectly. If they are going to force an upgrade they should at least keep it compatible with existing hardware or warn users ahead of time.
