Pros
We use it at our country market and grocery outlet locations. This POS software has great features that help our buyers get a better understanding of the items moving through the store and the customers buying them. Also I have found the support team the best. As they are very responsive and give detailed answers. Overall it meets our inventory and POS needs. And yes I would definitely recommend this software to any retail business that wants to stay flexible and provide great value to their teams and customers.
Cons
Nothing major that stands out to me as a con but it would be nice if the software version updates included a more detailed change log.

There is a lot I like about it. The few that stand out to me are pricing management, POS and sales reporting.

“Easy to customize and secure”
Pros
The option to customize the software to meet our business needs is amazing. They even customized the background color, adjusted the scale format, added bigger customer facing displays and even worked with our credit card processor. All customizations and support questions were addressed quickly. Also their staff is really knowledgeable though two of them stand out as being particularly familiar with it and tech in general. The system is very secure and never stores credit card information which is quite important when dealing with sensitive data.
Cons
The upfront cost is pretty high but the system is built to last for years so in the long run, it actually ends up being cheaper than other options. I mention it as a con because the cost might be a drawback for some.

Pros
StoreLIVE! point of sale feature is very stable and we have had very few issues with it. Also the team in the office is great to work with. They always do their best to resolve any problems although some are more experienced than others.
Cons
I find the back end management part of it is pretty hard to learn and not very user-friendly. Also the design could definitely be improved to make it more user friendly.
