Pros
I love how it compiles everything in one place !! Before it was unfortunately a mess for our franchisees to understand our network and communication methods. Today this works perfectly thanks to Sults!
Cons
The option to copy and paste when opening support tickets (using CTRL+C CTRL+V) is missing.. other tools have this natively. Also we urgently need to enable the chat mode (which we are using in admin) but the franchisees don't know it exists.

“great for franchise management
Pros
All things are great including lead management, project control (unmatched), communication between the franchisor and franchisees anddd a very well-organized Help Desk.
Cons
I find everything almost perfect but it could have internal email and an option of integration with a financial system showing a dashboard of the unit or franchisor's situation.

The modules are simple to use and implement. The features that stand out are: support tickets, announcements, corporate universit and purchases. The tool has helped us immensely in managing our franchise network and is constantly updated to better serve users. The ability to manage the entire process from lead entry to the grand opening of a unit is another key highlight.
Cons
There are some reports that could provide more data breakdown but Sults analyzes every improvement suggestion very seriously and gives us feedback on what is requested.

Pros
It is a simple and comprehensive tool. Easy setup, an extraordinary help channel and a fantastic support team. It met all our demands.
Cons
I only miss some filters that would make some daily processes easier it doesn't change the functionality, just makes it more practical (always reported as an improvement suggestion).

It really does make processes feel easy and dynamic. Setting up and executing workflows isn't a rigid or technical chore. I can build steps that make sense for our team, adjust them on the fly and keep everything moving smoothly. It gives structure without sacrificing flexibility which is a rare and powerful combination

I think the interface is easy to understand and it's clear which task is assigned to you.
Cons
The number of emails sent for every new update is completely unnecessary�. the ideal would be to receive them only when it's directed at you.
