“User-friendly and flexible

Pros

Sumup software is international. I personally started using it in Europe so I could process sales with debit cards which was something our regular payment devices could not handle. Now I plan to use it for our American sales too. As a touring band that sells music and merch after shows having a flexible and dependable point of sale system is quite essential.

Cons

It takes a lot of work to open a bank account in the same country as my SumUp account to redirect funds. I feel like it would be great if I could just transfer the funds directly to America.

“Good but not the best

The best part of this payment system is that it offers different devices for users like us to choose from.

Cons

Well I am not a fan of the NFC payment system since it does not work smoothly with every financial institution.

“The best POS system hands down

Pros

I find SumUp's POS system really easy to use and affordable. Plus it was simple to integrate into my small business and it really helped take things to the next level.

Cons

I was not happy that my Huawei was not compatible but that was not SumUp's fault. Once I changed my phone the issue was solved.

Pros

What I like most is that it is mobile. Plus I can download it on any device with internet access and start processing orders and invoices. And since it is an app, there is no need for extra equipment, though you can opt for the NFC if needed depending on your business.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike right now. It is doing exactly what I need it to do.

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but is also reliable and highly customizable.

Cons

Nothing has made me dislike the system so far except for the occasional outages.
