“Crashes constantly since day one”
Pros
We were able to write over our old version which was at least a starting point.
Cons
From day one the setup was a mess. Our team deals with technical issues almost every month, the system loses its target destination, table numbers stop sending, staff cannot clock on and eventually the whole thing crashes. Creating a new item feels like it requires IT expertise and the user manual is no help at all.
