Pros
What I really love about this app is how simple it is for my tech team in the field to use and it's just as easy for my admin team back at the office.
Cons
One thing I wish was better is the cost of new card readers. They really should include them with the account.

“SO difficult and unreliable
Pros
When it actually works, using it is easy. But it rarely works as smoothly as it should.
Cons
I'm almost out of space to describe how much I dislike this product. Between being put on hold, getting disconnected, and the constant back-and-forth between SwipeSimple and Worldpay, it's been a terrible experience.

“Makes payments so easy
Pros
Collecting credit card payments in-house has become much more convenient with SwipeSimple. Sending receipts by text or email helps reduce paper waste and printing costs. Accessing reports makes reconciling payments quick and simple.
Cons
Reports are not available in real time. You can only see totals at the end of the day and detailed reports don't show up until the following day.

“Gateway works well, but terminal app can be troublesome
Pros
The gateway and virtual terminal products offered by them are fantastic. They are powerful, simple to use and userfriendly. Signing up new merchants on this portal is also very simple and clients gain access to many useful features.
Cons
The Terminal app is awful! It causes lots of post-installation issues and service requests with no clear cause and inconsistent solutions. Usuall, they suggest reinstalling the app or restarting it, which feels pointless and also support is slow, if you have to escalate an issue, you'll wait 48 to 72 hours for a response. The bigger issue is that it passes support responsibility to the MSP because their app runs on top of the BroadPOS app. Since it doesn't build BroadPOS, the MSP ends up dealing with all the problems. From what we've seen, BroadPOS works fine but SwipeSimple's app often fails.

“So easy to use
Pros
I find it very helpful that SwipeSimple lets me communicate easily with employees handling payments and export transaction files directly into our budgeting spreadsheets without errors. I can filter transactions by daily, weekly or pay period charges effortlessly.
Cons
Human error still plays a role since employees manually enter some information, which often leads to mistakes or inconsistencies. To ensure accuracy, you have to go through spreadsheets by hand.
