Pros

One thing Teamwork Commerce has going for it is the approachable pricing. It includes a lot of capabilities although it feels like that comes at the cost of not doing any single area especially well.

Cons

It lags behind on a lot of standard features and new functionality takes a long time to roll out. That would be more acceptable if those features worked properly once released but that often hasn't been the case. Support also takes too long to get back to me and the Teamwork reps regularly ask for information that was already documented and explained earlier that same week. That just makes their internal communication seem poor.
