“Outsanding customer support”
Pros
Their customer support has been the best I've dealt with and the software covers everything needed to run a point-of-sale system. The pricing is another big advantage.
Cons
There are a few small quirks when switching from purchase orders to stock entry but they don't get in the way of day to day operations.
