I like it but I feel cheated

They initially make appealing promises to hire, but then they fail to fulfill them and don't take responsibility for their employees' mistakes.

Cons

While the platform may have its flaws like any other, I have personally experienced a significant loss of nearly 400 reviews due to the incompetence of one of their employees. When I initially signed up, I was assured that both Ual and Treatwell would be activated simultaneously, and my citations and reviews would appear on both platforms. However, months passed, and Treatwell had not made the announcement. Meanwhile, I had accumulated almost 400 reviews on Ual. Once they finally activated it for me, new reviews began to appear on both platforms. It's evident that Ual is on the verge of disappearing, making all the information on it irrelevant. Therefore, I demand that all my reviews be transferred to Treatwell since it was not my fault. It was the negligence of their employee who failed to activate both platforms. If that employee had done their job properly, I would have all my reviews correctly displayed on both platforms. Currently, I have 1,347 reviews on Treatwell and 1,709 on Ual, with 362 reviews at risk of being lost due to this employee's incompetence.

Pros

It's much easier to book as both a customer and a salon. I no longer have to worry about having a strong online presence, especially since English isn't my first language.
