I find the support team easily approachable for any questions I have.

Cons

I prefer direct phone calls instead of emails or dealing with call centers. I also don't want any partnerships.

With Treatwell it is pretty easy to bring in clients but there are no free sitting options.

Pros

While it's easy to use as a planner, it falls short as a messaging tool for customers.

Cons

Initially, the customer reminders were perfect, including communication and a 24-hour reminder before the appointment. However, the latter has completely disappeared and the former doesn't even specify the time and day. If there are multiple appointments, it only shows one.
