Pros

As a new business in the industry, we were looking for a strong cloud-based POS FFL system with credit card processing and Trident1 checked all the boxes. It also includes shooting range functionality which is something we plan to use down the road. The team and support from Trident1 have been outstanding. We also really appreciated the option to have their staff come onsite for training. Another big plus is the integration with FastBound's FFL software for A&D and electronic 4473 transactions. Everyone at Joey Guns would highly recommend Trident1.

If we had to say something, we just wish the Trident1 team was located a little closer to us here in CT!
