Everything about this software is great as it is easy to use, offers great value for money and provides the best customer support. Overall I like it a lot.

Cons

The mobile app is quite expensive and yes I feel like there is definitely room for improvement.

I have been using it for a year and I am really happy with it. Also it is easy to use and even our staff with basic knowledge can manage it. Everything we need is just a click away which makes our laundry operations so much easier. Plus the support is amazing, available 24/7.

Cons

I think they could improve by adding a few more features that would be helpful for marketing campaigns.

Being cloud based is highly beneficial. Plus I can access it from anywhere so my business is always with me.

There are security concerns as it feels to me that my data could easily be copied by anyone working at the company.

The integration is great. Plus the newly developed UI has made some nice great changes to the app.

I noticed an issue with logging out properly and I also detected that promotions and discounts do not appear in the right order. Plus there is no Refer and Earn option and many other small features are still missing.

They have been an awesome team, helping me consistently with regular updates and training for my staff. My customer app has created a buzz in the market and they have also helped me scale my business on the backend with employee accounts and tracking.

Cons

As they started as a small startup, so they missed some less commonly used features and had a few bugs at first. But the team has done a great job catching up and releasing regular updates, many of which are customized to the issues I have raised.
