“Constant crashes and technical issues”
Pros
Their walk-in feature works well and that was the main reason I wanted to switch systems. Most of their support staff are also helpful aside from one employee who has a very poor attitude and never admits when she's wrong.
Cons
The system itself is not reliable at all. It freezes far too often and the membership section comes with a lot of technical problems.
