“Allows steady growth”

Pros

Back when I first started with WDF POS more than seven years ago the platform was still in its early stages. Since then my business has expanded and improved and it has evolved right alongside it. On the rare occasion that I run into a problem, their support team responds quickly and gets it handled fast. I've been very happy with it overall and fully expect to keep using it for many more years.

Cons

I really don't have any negatives to mention because as I said whenever something comes up, customer support is always available and takes care of it quickly.

After 14 months of using this tool it has really tightened up our day to day operations and made the whole business feel far more professional from the customer's point of view.

Running our laundromat with this tool has noticeably improved how efficiently we handle day to day operations. The software is thoughtfully built for actual Wash & Fold workflows such as order tracking, customer profiles, pricing, receipts and overall workflow management are all straightforward and effective. Even during our busiest hours it keeps everything organized and helps make sure nothing gets missed. Another big plus is how user friendly and practical it is to use. My staff picked it up fast which cut down on errors and saved us a lot of time. Also it made handling repeat customers, commercial accounts and delivery orders much more manageable. On top of that the support team has been responsive and genuinely helpful which makes a real difference when you need answers quickly while running a business. Overall this POS seems like it was created by people who truly understand laundromats and Wash & Fold operations. I'd absolutely recommend it to any laundromat owner who wants to organize the business and grow with confidence.

There's always some room to improve but the positive part is that they really listen to feedback and seem very willing to make adjustments.

“Outstanding support”

Plenty of POS systems can handle the basics for a laundry business but the service from this team is what really makes them different. I've been in the laundry industry for more than 20 years and honestly I can't remember dealing with another company quite like this one. They respond to emails fast and sometimes they even call to personally walk me through any questions. Their setup team is fantastic too. I scheduled my session and they called right on time and guided me through the entire process from connecting all the equipment to running a few test transactions. I have installed several of their POS systems across all 6 of my laundromats and every time I've found them simple to use and easy to train new employees on. I also really like the regular updates they roll out based on customer feedback. This system truly covers everything I need.

“way too easy to setup”

Pros

Using it has been such a refreshing experience. The service is very user friendly which makes day to day tasks feel simple and stress free. The whole program is thoughtfully built and moving through the system seems easy, even if you are not especially tech savvy. The customer service is really what makes it stand out for me. Whenever I have had a question, the team has responded quickly and with genuinely helpful answers. They consistently go above and beyond to keep everything running the way it should and it is clear they truly care about their customers. If you want a service that is efficient and backed by an outstanding support team, I would absolutely recommend it. From beginning to end it has been an excellent experience.

“Built for laundromats perfectly”

After running our business since 1974 with everything done by hand such as triplicate tickets, handwritten logs and lots of extra work whenever questions came up switching to WDF-POS in June has been incredible. A few of the staff were nervous about using computer screens and dealing with such a big change but that concern disappeared quickly. Everyone now sees that the system is simple to use and does a good job of protecting both customers and employees. Another big plus is that the owners and manager can check the day's activity anytime, from anywhere, using a smartphone, tablet or computer. Pulling reports is quick and easy. This has been an amazing investment for us and the benefits have been obvious. It's clear the program was created with a lot of thought behind it and the fact that it was designed by laundromat operators really shows.

“Tool that delivers”

Pros

Running wash dry fold with this system has been incredibly easy. It's basically touch and go and I really appreciate how everything is tied together. The moment the laundry goes on the scale, all the order details are instantly available. It takes a lot of the guesswork out for employees which helps prevent mistakes. The dashboard gives a clear view of every order and its status from drop off all the way to completion. It also automatically texts customers when their order is finished and ready for pickup. Another feature that works really well is printing tracking tags so orders can be followed from washer to dryer. Once everything is finished and bagged, it prints a label showing the number of bags and whether the order has been paid. Also it works with Laundroworks, so customers can pay at the counter using their laundry card. On top of that customer support has been excellent as we get help and responses very quickly.

Even after 5 years of using it we really have not run into any issues. I'd absolutely recommend it.

“fantastic POS upgrade”

Since putting WDF POS in place, the experience has been exceptional. We moved over from another provider and the improvement has honestly been night and day. The system is user friendly, packed with strong features, updated regularly and backed by outstanding customer support, so we really have nothing but positive things to say about it. It has made a big difference in how we run the business, saving us a lot of time by simplifying report tracking and giving us remote access that we rely on every day.

“Proven the best for us”

Pros

We have genuinely been thrilled with it. At first we weren't sure how the transition would go especially with a few team members in their mid to late 70s but that concern disappeared quickly. They learned the system much faster than expected and keep mentioning how simple it is to use. Customers regularly comment on how clear the receipts are, how noticeable the bold item labels are and how much they enjoy getting text notifications. In our small town that feature makes the whole experience feel a little more modern, almost like a bigger city service. The reporting tools are also incredibly detailed and have helped the business run much better behind the scenes. On top of that the support has been outstanding from day one. Chelsea was wonderful during setup and every customer support rep we've dealt with has been prompt, helpful and very clear with instructions. Since putting it in place, we have seen customer numbers steadily rise each month and it really seems tied to making this overdue change. It's rare to come across a company this dependable and we are truly glad we made the move. If anyone is on the fence about switching, I'd confidently say it could end up being one of the best business decisions you make.

Since opening in 2021 it has been amazing for us. We rarely run into any problems and on the few occasions we do, whether it's something small or a bigger issue, Brian and his team respond quickly and help get everything sorted out. They keep improving the software with useful new features that have really helped us operate our growing business more efficiently.

“Support is the best across locations”

Running it at three different store locations has been a really positive experience. The software keeps our orders organized and the team behind it is always there when help is needed. Setup was easy, training employees was simple and managing everything as an owner has been hassle-free. Brian and the team have done an excellent job.
