Plenty of value comes from the customization options, along with solid order management and a good range of delivery options. I really like it

It falls short when it comes to multilingual support and the selection of global payment gateways is still limited.

It's a simple software and the support team has been absolutely wonderful whenever help was needed.

Cons

I'm not ready to make a final judgment yet since I haven't fully explored all of the features. All I'd say is that I don't feel very connected to my customers through this software.
