The reports and dashboard are really nice to use and make things convenient to track.
Cons
Using the chat feature has been a bit difficult for me and it could definitely be more user-friendly.

Pros
Exploring and navigating Zibmeds is rather simple. The customer service team responds quickly whenever help is needed so I appreciate that as well.
Cons
On iPhone there can be a bit of a delay at times especially over the weekend.
