“perfect for event networking”

Pros

Nothing else I've used really compares to this. It's the app I rely on for business events like trade shows, expos, conferences, meetings and networking in general. Being able to create a group for each event and then scan a card straight into that group is incredibly helpful especially later when I need to filter everything neatly in a CSV file. The email feature is another big plus because I can customize the message to mention the event and where I met the person. As soon as I add the contact, it sends them my contact file automatically. It also generates my own QR code for scanning and saves new contacts directly to my phone. Overall it's a fantastic little app and the price feels very reasonable too.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much to complain about. If anything I'd just like to see more integrations with other CRM platforms.

Pros

A really useful part of this tool is how it pulls text from business cards and places the details into the right fields which helps keep contacts organized. It also supports text extraction in many languages with Arabic being one of the notable ones.

Cons

The OCR accuracy still needs work and you have to upload a very clear, high quality scan of the business card to get results that are even close to accurate. With Arabic text or business cards that use more complex layouts, the recognition quality drops and the results are not very good.

Right from the start this software felt very easy to use! Its clean interface and uncomplicated process made it quick for us to scan business cards, recognize the details and save contact information without any hassle.

Cons

It is a bit more limited than other contact management tools since it's mainly built for scanning and organizing business cards, rather than offering broader contact management features.

“useful contact organization, weak OCR”

Pros

Handling a big stack of contacts is really where this app helps me. I keep a lot of business cards from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors and it does a nice job of organizing them so I can reach people quickly when I need to. The automatic card scanning is also helpful since it pulls the information in without much effort and being able to export the cards to Excel is another feature I appreciate.

Cons

The downside is that the scanning and OCR accuracy are not very good. It also struggles with different card shapes and types so I end up correcting a lot of details by hand. Also it does not support many languages well especially Arabic and the output there is very poor.

Using this software feels very easy. The interface is user friendly, simple and easy to work with.

Cons

Scanning double sided business cards can be a bit challenging and it usually takes extra effort to get through that process.

Pros

It really picks up just about everything! The app handles the full process well! You can sort and organize cards, pull in social media profiles and addresses and make edits whenever the AI gets something wrong. I'm pretty sure it also supports languages beyond English although I haven't tried that feature myself. It's also useful for creating a digital business card. I recommend it to people pretty often since it's a nice way to cut down on paper waste.

Cons

There's honestly not much to complain about because it does exactly what it's supposed to do. If the developers could add some kind of Siri compatibility, that would be a helpful upgrade. Being able to pull card data hands free while driving would make it even better. Still that's a pretty minor thing and not a serious issue.
