Pros

Three years in and it's hard to point to just one thing I value most because there are so many. They've been honest, dependable, timely, precise and always approachable. Throughout the project, they keep us consistently updated on status and I really appreciate that they share a to-do list showing exactly where each item stands at any given time. Their work is accurate and their instructions on what they need from us are clear and simple to follow. They also have a very realistic understanding of what they can and cannot do or what the system can and cannot handle which saves everyone from wasting extra time trying to sort that out. Overall I've been very happy working with them and we fully expect to keep partnering with them.

Cons

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about working with them. If I had to name one thing, it would only be that I'd prefer to collaborate during the summer instead of later in the year. We probably could have done that this time too if we had reached out earlier with the project. Next year, we plan to set up a meeting in early summer so we can make that happen.

Pros

It is the only e-signature document platform we came across that does more than just handle signatures electronically. It also lets us set specific reminder intervals and assign tasks so we can review and manage documents throughout the full life of the contract. None of the other systems we evaluated offered this kind of intelligent workflow for managing documents after the signature was completed.

Cons

Whenever there has been room for improvement, it has already been addressed and the team has provided prompt solutions based on the feedback we've shared.

It's been a customized solution that completely changed a part of our business with the biggest financial risk-and-reward potential.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. The results have fully matched the reason we implemented it in the first place.
