“So reliable”

Pros

Reliable, believable forecasting is where this solution really shines especially when it comes to giving managers and leadership much better visibility. Getting forecasting right is a lot harder than it seems on the surface yet the tool has clearly solved that challenge. It offers a very effective solution and handles all the nuance and complexity behind the scenes so I get the benefit of that sophistication without having to constantly dig into every detail.

Cons

Odd answer but honestly my biggest issue is that I didn't come across it sooner. Forecasting has been a persistent challenge for me across several sales roles and every sales organization I've led could have benefited from having this in place. Other than that, I truly don't have any complaints.

“Big advantage to have”

Pros

Having this built directly into Salesforce has been a big plus since I can make updates right on the page without jumping between systems. The overview metrics are really helpful for seeing how deals are progressing through the pipeline. It's also very convenient to update information just once and have that feed all of our internal forecasting. Also the product keeps improving with new features and the initial setup was extremely simple for our team.

Cons

I can't recall any noteworthy issues with this software.

“Responsive dashboards and customization”

Pros

This software has made it much easier to visualize data, follow order progress and measure performance against targets. One of the biggest advantages is how customizable it is across the organization. Every user can set up customized views quickly which really helps drive performance and keeps data quality from slipping. Other than that the support has been outstanding! Very responsive and consistently willing to adjust fast as our organization's needs change.

Cons

There really aren't many drawbacks with this module. If anything, I just wish every part of the organization were also using the forecast module.
