“All my leads in one place!”
Pros
Juggling leads and follow-ups across multiple tabs used to slow me down a lot. With this solution, everything sits on one screen now and that has honestly saved me a noticeable amount of time each day. The interface is easy too so it didn't take long to get comfortable with it.
Cons
There was a short adjustment period at the beginning. During my first couple of sessions, I felt a bit unsure about where everything was located. Once I got used to the layout though, it started to feel natural and I really haven't run into any actual problems since then.

“Keeps things organized”
Pros
Managing leads feels much more organized now. The AI agents take care of most parts of the sales process while keeping the same data updated across everything. It's especially useful that lead qualification and meeting booking happen automatically by default. The gap between advertising and sales has definitely gotten shorter.
Cons
There's a bit of a learning curve for new users because the platform includes a range of capabilities. Customizing some reports can also take a while.

“outreach that delivers!”
Pros
Ever since we started using this tool, the sales team has been spending far less time hunting down leads. The AI puts together outreach lists that are actually useful and helps surface relevant accounts. It's also been really helpful to coordinate phone, LinkedIn and email activity in one place. Everything feels much more organized now instead of being scattered across multiple tools and locations.
Cons
A few reports could use additional sorting options. It also takes a bit of trial and error to figure out the best promotional settings.

“compounding gains every month”
Pros
The first month delivered decent results, by the third month things had improved a lot and now at the six-month mark it feels outstanding. It keeps learning from every interaction and it continues refining targeting and qualification over time. Our reply rates have gone up month after month since we started and that compounding intelligence genuinely feels real.
Cons
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve so the initial results are good but not especially impressive right away. It really takes around 90 days of commitment before the full value starts to show so I wouldn't make a judgment based on the first week.

“Effective since first use”
Pros
From day one, this tool helped us bring lead monitoring, outreach and prospecting into one place. The AI bots save us time every day because they work together instead of acting like separate tools. I also appreciate how quickly it refreshes data and connects with our CRM. The dashboard is easy enough that I didn't need to spend hours figuring out how to use it.
Cons
At the beginning a few functions take a little time to get used to. We also had to fine-tune some settings carefully before campaigns started running the way they should.

“pipeline visibility that changed budgeting”
Pros
Ties our ad spend to pipeline in a way our previous tools never managed to do. I can clearly tell that $10K spent on LinkedIn ads brought in $400K in pipeline, while that same $10K on Google Ads produced $80K. Having that level of insight completely changed how we decide on budget allocation. We put more money into what was performing and pulled back from what wasn't.
Cons
By default, the attribution model is set to last-touch. I had to switch it over to multi-touch to see the complete picture. It wasn't hard to do but you do need to realize that the setting has to be changed.

“Love it!”
Pros
By Friday of the same week we signed, our first campaign was already live. It handled the CRM integration, email configuration and initial training so the rollout felt very manageable. We had been bracing for an implementation that would drag on for months like our previous tool so seeing everything up and running in just five days was honestly pretty incredible.
Cons
That kind of speed also meant we had to come in fully prepared. Our ICP, messaging and case studies all needed to be ready before kickoff. If your team is not organized from day one, that accelerated timeline can actually work against you.

“Does a lot”
Pros
It does more than just set up meetings. It handles reminders, takes care of reschedules and even follows up with people who miss their appointments. The combination of SMS, email and phone outreach is persistent in the best way and it really keeps prospects from slipping through the cracks. Our no-show rate used to hurt AE efficiency badly and now it's pretty much no longer an issue.
Cons
Out of the box, the reminder cadence felt a bit too aggressive. We ended up turning it down because a handful of prospects thought it was excessive. The platform does offer customization but those settings aren't turned on by default.

“smarter customer growth signals”
Pros
Helps us spot expansion opportunities within our existing customer base. It flags the accounts that are worth reaching out to which saves our CSMs from having to manually dig through every single account. I really like that it gives the team a solid starting point backed by real-world context. The CSM still makes the final call on whether outreach is the right move but they're no longer starting from scratch.
Cons
Don't have any problems to mention right now.

“fast campaign launches”
Pros
A huge time saver because the suggested campaigns come pre-built from our product data. We were able to launch a "competitive displacement" campaign in roughly 20 minutes which is something our team would normally have spent a full week building from scratch. The templates definitely aren't the final version out of the box but they provide a very solid foundation and take you about 70% of the way there.
Cons
Keep in mind that the suggested campaigns can come across as a little too generic sometimes. They work best as a starting point but you still need to customize them around your specific ICP and value proposition instead of just launching them as-is and expecting a perfect fit.
