It's worth looking closely at your use cases since this is still a fairly niche product.

“Incredibly helpful to have”

Pros

Pulls from several premium data sources like WealthX and BoardEx which gives you really detailed profiles on ultra-high-net-worth individuals and senior decision makers. It goes well beyond basic names and job titles too: you get wealth data, connections, affiliations and other useful background. One of the most valuable parts is the way it lays out both personal and professional relationships. That's incredibly helpful for business development, fundraising or executive recruiting. Seeing who is connected to whom can make a huge difference.

Cons

Biggest downside is the cost. It's definitely expensive and that can be hard to justify for smaller organizations or teams that are just getting started with data-driven prospecting or talent intelligence. Since the platform pulls from multiple datasets like WealthX, BoardEx and RelSci, the interface can also feel a bit overwhelming at first. Getting comfortable with the navigation takes some time and it's not the most accessible tool right away.

“Great software”

Pros

This has been a valuable tool for getting detailed information on our supporters. The dossiers arrive quickly and are incredibly comprehensive and the platform is easy to navigate which saves our team a lot of time. Working with Jacque has also been fantastic! She's been an excellent resource and is always available whenever questions come up. Partnering with this solution has led to real fundraising success for us and we definitely plan to keep using it to strengthen those efforts.

Cons

My only frustration is that I wish we could use it more often but our university has a limited number of credits available.
