New implementations tend to get stuck at the beginning but after that they usually move along without issues.

Handling our payout process has become paperless and smooth with this software and that has made things much more convenient for us.

There haven't been any major issues to deal with and whenever something comes up, their team takes care of it well.

Pros

Getting the software up and running was easy and the screens are simple to navigate. We've been using it for the last 3 years and once the application matured, things became very organized for us.

Cons

Handling queries and configuration is still monotonous and could be made more user friendly. The application is also hosted on freeware so it would be better to have a standard database offering instead.
