“Best option!”

Pros

After getting burned by Apollo and Apify-sourced emails, the difference with this software was HUGE. Around 75% of those other emails came back as unknown, 22.7% were catch-all and only 2.3% were actually valid. Running the same leads through this tool gave me roughly 80% verified valid emails instead. Once I run verification on the non-verified ones (which the software includes for free) the bounce rate is basically zero. That pretty much says everything about the quality.

Cons

Pricing is the only thing that gives me pause since it feels a bit high for my personal budget. Still, that probably comes down to my own frugal habits more than anything else. Considering how strong the email quality is, I really can't complain much.

It might be useful in certain situations but with support this bad, I wouldn't feel comfortable relying on it.

Support was absolutely terrible. One of the people handling things came across as arrogant and seemed more interested in asserting control than actually helping. If you disagree with him at all, it quickly turns into a bad experience. Using the tool was frustrating overall and I had signed up for a one year subscription. I requested a refund on the very first day and even said they could deduct whatever I had used during the trial but they still refused. That honestly felt like outright theft. The way this was handled was bad enough that I ended up filing a chargeback which is something I had not done in an incredibly long time and had to relearn how to even process. That's how negative this experience was. It left such a sour impression that I felt compelled to post about it across review sites.Some people at the company seem reasonable but they still allow this person to operate that way and in my opinion someone with that attitude should not be running a business.

“Helpful customer service”

Pros

They only charge when the deliverability rate is at 97% which is excellent. The pricing is very good and the customer service has been a really positive part of the experience too.

Cons

I did run into a problem when trying to connect it with Make.com but after contacting the support team, they resolved it quickly which was reassuring.

“Good email finder tool”

Pros

Out of all the email finder tools I've used, this has been the best one by far! It only charges for emails that are fully verified which makes a big difference and the platform is very simple to use. Their customer support has been excellent too! They were incredibly generous with their time and really helped me out.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any downsides.

“credits trapped by subscription”

Pros

At least they bill only for emails they actually verify but the number of verified addresses they find from the lists I upload is very low.

Cons

I still have nearly 7 months of credits left, worth hundreds of dollars yet there's no way to pause the subscription or downgrade without giving up all those credits.

“Works for outreach”

Pros

It helped me build a simple starting base for a cold email campaign.

Cons

Since it isn't a native French tool, it can sometimes struggle to find French prospects.
