Because the implementation was highly customized and fairly complex, the contract discussions ended up taking more time than we originally expected. That said, the delays were partly on both sides and they continued working with us in good faith the entire time.

Working with their team was a really positive experience! Their implementation specialists clearly knew their craft and asked thoughtful questions throughout discovery to make sure everything was understood properly. They were also extremely flexible when it came to building custom code for what was a pretty complex implementation. On top of that, they met with our team regularly, even at some fairly crazy hours which made a big difference during the rollout.

Cons

Having the product built inside Salesforce has been a big advantage for us because our teams can use it without needing to log into a separate application. It also means I can rely on my existing team to handle development and reporting requests coming from the business.

Something I've really appreciated is how flexible the platform is. They're able to customise custom solutions based on what your business actually needs and the segmented content and campaign management tools make it much easier to connect with different types of customers. Highly recommended!

Honestly I have no complaints. The system has improved year after year and has become practically perfect.
