“Fantastic for ecommerce!”

Pros

Running a small business along with a few ecommerce side ventures means I'm always on the lookout for affordable software that can handle customer relationships and everyday operations without stretching the budget. This software came recommended to me and it absolutely lived up to that recommendation. The team behind it was very proactive, walked me through how everything worked and gave me a lot of support during the initial setup. I also really appreciated the user friendly interface which made getting started much more comfortable. Since many other tools felt overpriced for what I needed, cost played a big role in my decision. It offered a free trial and after roughly four hours of using it, I went ahead and bought the license. It's an excellent tool to have around, covering everything from A to Z for small and mid-sized ecommerce businesses and delivering on all the promises made on its website.

Cons

The platform keeps getting better and whenever I had any concerns, the team listened and took care of them. At this point, it doesn't feel like it's missing anything for my needs and provides more than enough functionality for the kind of work I do.
