Impressive UI, but Bugs Create Excessive Manual Work

Pros

The UI is impressive and I find it very easy to use.

Cons

Things just don't work as expected , the system is very buggy. For instance, when I mark a deal as "Out" in the Deal level forecast, it doesn't reflect in my overall forecast, meaning I have to manually calculate the total for the deals I consider "in." It makes me wonder what the point of Aviso is if I still have to manually work out the figures. Also, the option to customize the dashboard is a great feature, If it actually worked, which it doesn't. I end up spending time every month reorganizing my layout because Aviso constantly reverts to the default settings and shows me all the information I don't want to see. One final major issue (and I could go on, but listing all the bugs would take half a day) is that the system is very slow.

Reliable tool for measuring progress against goals

Pros

I found it fascinating to track the daily progress toward the target.

Cons

It took me longer than expected to get started with Aviso, and the process was not very simple.

Excellent for opportunity and forecast management

Pros

I really enjoy the integration with my SFDC Instance, as well as the reporting features it offers. It provides me with a simple way to perform mass updates on my opportunities and gives me a consolidated view of my forecasted revenue.

Cons

I feel like the UI could use some improvement and the deal scoring mechanism probably needs to be refined to better disclose the weighted elements of the score.

Recent update removed monthly deal breakdown

Pros

It was great initially, but after the recent update, it hasn't been as effective. The month-to-month breakdown was useful, and the dashboard along with the recent changes made to the forecast were also good. The ability to adjust amounts and see closed deals, upside, and commitments has been helpful.

Cons

What I really need is for Aviso to let me know the changes made during updates. They had something like that, but I wasn't able to see the changes at the time. I thought I could go through a tutorial next time I logged in, but it wasn't available, and now I'm lost on how to give my manager a monthly breakdown of deals. I could really use some help.

One platform to discuss deal status with my boss

Pros

The single view of all deals, combined with self-judgment, makes it easy for me to communicate and review deals with my boss and even my boss's boss.

Cons

Sometimes there's too much visibility for my boss. The updates from SFDC are slow (once per day?), which isn't ideal for users in APAC.

User friendly, but the UI is somewhat confusing

Pros

The ease of use, along with breakdowns by quarters and the aggregation of information from existing opportunities and business in SFDC, is a big plus for me.

Cons

Consistency is an issue, it doesn't always reflect the most up-to-date changes. It takes time for the system to sync with Salesforce and show all the changes.

Very easy to learn

Pros

I find it easy to use, with a global view by quarter, mid-year, or year. The ability to adjust parameters helps me manage business effectively in terms of time, figures, status, and follow-up. It's also interesting to share this view with the entire team.

Cons

There are a lot of functionalities available, and the system is easy to use, but I think a minimum level of training is required to ensure I'm using it to its full potential. For example, I'm not sure I'm utilizing the tool to its complete capacity.

Amazing sales solution!

Pros

Aviso has given me a more accurate way of forecasting as a salesperson. While I haven't used other similar tools, I can say that so far, it has definitely made my job easier. It is much less confusing than dealing with Excel sheets.

Cons

There's a noticeable lag between when Aviso updates after making changes in Salesforce; it doesn't update in real-time.
