Turning large lists of location data into a usable map is where this tool does a solid job. It helps me share clear information about my locations with customers.

The interface feels outdated and not very accessible. Editing data inside the platform is difficult so I usually have to make changes in my own files and upload everything again.

The free version comes with some limitations especially regarding how much data can be processed and how many maps can be created. Since it is an online platform, data privacy and security are also things worth keeping in mind. Another detail is that imported data needs to follow a specific structure, otherwise it may not be processed correctly.

Planning routes across the country is much easier with the quick Excel import especially when dealing with large address lists and waypoints that are not in a straight line.

Every now and then, one or two addresses are not resolved properly and the tool simply skips them. It would be much better if the UI showed a list of unresolved addresses and let you correct them.

I never hit a limit on the amount of data I'm allowed to use. Grouping locations together is easy and it makes handling logistics much easier.

The free trial would be better if it included more than 300 lines of data.

Pricing is my biggest issue. I run a small business and only map fewer than 250 sites twice a year. When I first started using this software around 12 years ago, the free plan was very different. Back then, I could map under 250 sites without any problems. Now I can still map them but I can only open the map a limited number of times before hitting the usage cap. It just doesn't make sense to pay such a high price for how little I use it. I also wish map editing worked through the app. I ended up deleting it because when I clicked the edit link from the email, it opened the app but editing wasn't actually possible there. It would also help to have an option to delete a site or mark it as completed since I only visit each site once a year and don't need it staying on the map afterward.
