The interface is easy to use and the added enhancements do a really good job of helping us connect with our clients employees.

The podcast feature does run into some technical issues especially with pronunciation.

Something I appreciate most is how it lets you present content in a way that people can actually interact with which makes the learning process much simpler and more engaging.

Cons

At this point, I can't really think of anything that feels like a downside.

Pros

Getting around the platform feels easy and whenever something comes up, the detailed settings make it much easier to understand and handle any challenges.

Cons

Some expected features do not work the same way they do for users who are not presentation owners. For example, the bookmarking feature does not work for the presentation owner.

Pros

The interface is very user friendly which makes the platform accessible and welcoming especially for new users. It also offers a large question bank that works well for many different types of assessments. Real time analytics are a big plus for tracking performance as things happen and the flexible customization options make it useful for a variety of needs. On top of that, the integration with pictures works smoothly. Overall, it feels very friendly and approachable particularly for first time users.

Cons

Offline functionality is still somewhat limited and some of the more advanced features take time to learn. That said, the software seems to be moving in the right direction and just needs a bit more improvement.

“fast updates for training”

Pros

Has been a really valuable platform for us because it's simple to work with and just as simple to update. We can make changes right away and have the revised training materials or videos available to our audience almost instantly. In a fast-moving computer industry like ours, that kind of flexibility is absolutely essential.

Cons

Over the past couple of years though, I've run into a number of outages and glitches while using the platform. My concern is that the company doesn't start compromising on quality the way a lot of competitors have. If that happens, we may have to start looking for another solution.

“searching was a constant headache”

Pros

At the most basic level, this software at least allowed our new hires to access and go through their self paced training content.

Cons

After using it for two years, I still could hardly ever find any of our content with the standard search tools. I usually had to depend on my admin access just to track things down which made me question how anyone with regular user permissions was supposed to find anything at all. On the whole, the platform felt confusing, even with regular meetings with our CSM.

“versatile interface and scalability”

Pros

Creating tests for my team is very easy and when I'm the one receiving them, they're just as clear and simple to complete. My favorite things are the interface, the tools it offers and its scalability.

Cons

I only have a couple of complaints. I'd like more options to customize the tests such as adding my own colors and different question formats. I understand that the tool is mainly built for sharing corporate information, at least in my case but it could still feel a bit more fun.

Pros

Everything feels much more organized thanks to the simplified interface and it's really convenient to upload and manage sales content, courses and coaching all in one place.

Cons

I don't really have any complaints though stronger integration between the products would still be a nice improvement.

Pros

Being able to record videos and review them with feedback is really useful. The email reminders about upcoming and due items are also a nice touch and help me stay on track.

At times, the dashboard makes it difficult to figure out what still needs to be or finished.

Pros

Putting a course together is really easy which makes the whole setup process quick and convenient.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints about the software to point out.
