“Detailed ICP mapping”

One thing I really appreciate about this software is its detailed ICP mapping. It makes it much easier to identify the right contacts within an organization which is essential when it comes to selling, upselling and cross selling. The initial setup also went smoothly so getting started wasn't a hassle.

Cons

An area that could be better is the pricing especially when it comes to email IDs since I feel the cost could be lowered in some cases.

There's truly not much to criticize. If I had to point to one area for improvement, it would be formatting requests on data deliveries. A few times, I've needed to follow up more than once to have the data presented in a specific format and it would make the process even more efficient if that was handled correctly the first time.

Every now and then, a few replies come back without enough context so we have to ask for clarification but it's a very minor issue overall.

Whenever I give them instructions or even fairly open-ended guidance, they do a really good job of following through and delivering exactly what I asked for. Any time I need specific lists sourced, this is the firm I keep coming back to.

Since I'm based in the US, there are times when email responses take a bit longer because of the time zone difference.
