I regret ever engaging with this company, as my entire experience with them proved to be a complete waste of time. I would have considered it a total loss of resources as well, but someone (customer service) assisted me in recovering my funds. In my opinion, the company operates dishonestly and appears to be fundamentally built on fraudulent practices. I sincerely hope that, in due course, they are held accountable and face the appropriate legal consequences. I strongly advise everyone to avoid any dealings with them
