“Stands out!”

Pros

Right away, this stands out as a very powerful platform! It lets you route leads and calls in just about any way you can think of. There are also a ton of features available and if you explain what you need, the support team can enable the right ones for you. On top of that, they're able to build custom forms and workflows based on your exact requirements. Reliability has also been excellent! After using this tool for more than 10 years, I can only remember maybe 2 or 3 instances of downtime.

Cons

One ongoing issue is that the interface feels outdated and it can be confusing for our team, our vendors and even our customers at times. It also lacks enough help documentation especially when it comes to explaining what certain features are meant to do.

“Solid reliability and support”

Pros

After more than 12 years on this platform, it's been genuinely impressive to see how much it has evolved. The biggest strength to me, is the team behind it: the support staff is reliably quick to respond and actually helpful when something comes up. Another big plus is the uptime. Looking back over all these years, I can barely remember any outages caused by the product itself. In a world full of cloud services, only having two short interruptions in over a decade says a lot.

Cons

The interface does come across as a bit dated when you compare it to newer apps and tools but that really shouldn't take away from how stable and functional the platform is.

Pros

Having a dedicated account manager like Jake has been a huge plus and the ticket system is really helpful whenever I need custom programming for my specific setup. This has become an essential part of how I purchase and distribute leads.

Cons

I'm still using the older platform so it does feel a bit dated. Aside from that, it works the way it should.
