Pros

Very easy to understand and use. The workflow is simple, all the options are clearly visible and the overall process is convenient for any salesman to follow.

Cons

One issue is that Stock in Hand is not live. For example, if a DB has 5 salesmen and a specific SKU is available in low quantity, once one salesman punches an order, the others still see the same quantity that was available in the morning :/
