Right away, the biggest benefit was how easy the solution is and how quickly it starts delivering value. It really cuts down the manual effort involved in the time-consuming research needed to identify target customers.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as a downside. I've seen it provide value for plenty of sales reps across different industries, verticals and business segments.

Helped me do more than just identify the right contacts for prospecting. It also supported me in building messaging that made my outreach much more effective and relevant. Using this software led to faster pipeline creation and even helped improve our close rate.

Cons

To get the most accurate messaging for prospects, you need to give Bounti the best collateral you have. The more complete the information you share about your company and organization, the better the results will be.

“Accessible with standout support”

Pros

So incredibly accessible and it is very simple to use! Saves us hours of research time that we would otherwise spend digging up relevant company news just to draft a single email. The contacts and persona-specific messaging are right on target and the Customer Success and Support team has been exceptional.

Cons

At this point, I don't have any complaints. It is meeting our needs well.

“Easy to use”

Pros

Getting started with this product was quick and using it day to day feels very easy. It gives me information I wasn't able to find before especially the right contacts at prospective customer companies and it saves me a huge amount of time across the board: from finding those contacts, to tracking down their contact details, to handling the initial email outreach process. I use it every single day.

Cons

I really haven't run into any real downsides with it. The AI-generated messages are still a work in progress but that's honestly the case with pretty much all AI-written messages.
