“Quality candidates and accessible hiring”

Pros

Right from the start, the software delivered strong candidates and a platform that felt accessible and easy to use which made engaging with people much easier. Their team was also professional throughout the process and created a very positive experience for both our users and the candidates.

Cons

One thing that would improve it is having resumes and contact details stored directly in the platform instead of relying only on a LinkedIn profile. It's possible I missed that feature since it didn't integrate with our ATS but that was the only minor issue I ran into.
