Pros

Has been a really useful gamification-based platform for team management and employee engagement. It's especially helpful for busy managers who want to keep employees involved in day-to-day tasks and the challenge feature gives a clear overview of how the team is doing.

Cons

At this point, I haven't come across any real downsides. And whenever something doesn't seem right, their support team is very helpful and responsive.
