“Quick personalized presentations”

Pros

Makes it really simple to send personalized presentations to prospects and customers. All the key product descriptions and company offers are already there so you can just choose the documents you need and build a presentation customized to each customer. It takes less than 5 seconds to create a new presentation which saves a lot of time and helps us be more productive and sell more.

Cons

The only frustrating part is when downloading a presentation, you have to enter the presentation name and select the customer name and that really shouldn't be required every time. Sometimes the exact same presentation is used for multiple customers so it would be much better if downloading were possible without having to fill in that information each time.
