Pros

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. The platform is really useful for visualizing upcoming staffing needs and building a plan around them. You might assume a spreadsheet can handle the same job but having a dedicated tool that keeps everything organized in one focused place ends up being far more effective.

Cons

At times, parts of the UI felt a bit outdated but their team was very quick to respond to feedback and we've seen noticeable improvements throughout the time we've been using it.
