The interface is accessible, the onboarding process is easy and the automation tools save us a significant amount of time. It honestly makes tracking each customer's payment history much more manageable for me. The built-in e-signature is another strong plus since it shortens the total time needed to close and sign a deal. Overall, the platform feels very user friendly, even for newer members joining the team.
