“helpful integrations and contract access”

Pros

Using this system felt pretty easy and I appreciated how they kept adding integrations with other platforms so our current contracts were available right inside the system. With this software, that kind of access costs extra money so this was a real advantage.

Cons

Over time, I started noticing that some items were not being updated or linked correctly and I had to keep reaching out to ask for fixes. They were always very responsive and handled the corrections well but I felt they should have stayed on top of those issues more proactively.
