There's a wide range of controls available for user development which gives a lot of flexibility when building things out.

A downside is the hidden customization options that aren't visible to me.

When it's set up properly from the start, the configurator does its job well.

The web-based platform responds very slowly and the software feels quite inconvenient and hard to modify.

Pros

Since adopting this software, we've been able to better structure and organize our internal process for creating sales promotions. It has helped us optimize margin targets while still maintaining healthy product stock rotation in the warehouse. The approval workflow has also improved collaboration between different departments, sped up the creation of sales packaging and strengthened compliance with catalog sales margin goals.

Cons

A limitation is that the solution uses a named-user licensing model which means a separate license has to be purchased for each individual user. It would be much more useful if concurrent licensing and/or server-based licensing options were added so the tool could be rolled out to more users, even if only for consultation purposes.

“Flexible 'Dynamics 365' integration”

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is the full integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, plus how adaptable it is when new challenges come up. No matter what we throw at it, there always seems to be a way to make it work.

Cons

The setup process was a little inconvenient for us since we only use Azure SQL databases. We first had to install a separate SQL Server before redirecting it to the servers we actually wanted the system to use.
