“charges kept coming after canceling”
Pros
It lets me send emails to my email list which is the one useful feature I got from it.
Cons
My biggest frustration is that I kept getting charged even after I canceled my account.

“Responsive support”
Pros
Gave us a safe way to test purchased lists as a marketing channel without putting our sender reputation at risk. The team clearly understands the rules around email outreach and their guidance on how to stay compliant was genuinely useful. I also appreciated how responsive and helpful the support team was whenever we needed them. The server warm-up process was explained well which made things much easier to manage. Getting started was easy and the drag and drop editor was fairly simple to work with, even if some parts were not immediately accessible.
Cons
One thing I really wanted was the ability to warm up two separate lists at the same time. We had two different audiences but we ended up having to stagger campaign timing between them. The platform also felt a bit outdated in places, even though it still got the job done. On top of that, not every setting in the drag and drop editor was accessible.

“spam-free campaigns”
Pros
It turned out I was unintentionally spamming people during my email campaigns. Clickback helped me understand what was happening and showed me how to prevent it from happening again.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any downside. They've been excellent.

“pricing feels too steep”
Pros
One feature that has been genuinely helpful is the filtering option. It lets us narrow the audience by seniority level and target the exact demographic we want much more precisely.
Cons
Customer support has actually been doing a really solid job. That said, the pricing feels far too expensive for what's being offered. There are other tools on the market with similar features that cost a lot less. If you're just starting out, I wouldn't suggest spending $280 a month when better-value alternatives are available.

“Amazing customer service”
Pros
As someone just getting started with email marketing, I really appreciated how their team guided me through everything step by step to help me succeed. They were patient, thorough and willing to go over things with me more than once. The customer service has been excellent.
Cons
There isn't anything about the software that our organization is unhappy with.

“strong opens and clicks”
Pros
Right out of the gate, I saw high open rates, strong deliverability and plenty of clicks. I'd definitely use them again.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind, I prefer it over the other products I've used.
