“powerful email tracking automation”
Pros
Out of all the automation tools I've used, this one has been the best for me especially when it comes to keeping track of emails without any hassle.
Cons
That said, it still falls short on advanced functionality when it comes to managing a more complex sales funnel.

“helpful contact management”
Pros
This has been a really practical fit for our small team because it brings contact management and automated outreach into one accessible, budget friendly platform. Since I spend most of my time in the field using ArcGIS Survey123 for medical device site assessments at hospitals and clinics, I need something that keeps follow up deadlines from slipping without forcing me to manage everything manually. Before switching from Webmecanik Automation, I was juggling facility contacts across spreadsheets and separate automation tools. After one audit at a local outpatient center last year, I lost track of the follow-up window and we sent the assessment findings late which almost cost us their annual service renewal. That's why I especially value being able to segment contacts by facility type so urgent care hospitals and smaller outpatient clinics receive messaging that actually matches their compliance timelines. The dashboard is also very useful because I can quickly see which clients opened our assessment reports and identify facilities that may need more personal follow-up. Another plus is the template editor which is easy enough to help me create standardized messages that stay aligned with medical device regulatory requirements and keep a professional tone across all our healthcare accounts. The platform doesn't feel overly complicated either so setting up workflows is manageable even without deep technical training. We don't have a dedicated marketing specialist and this all in one system does a good job of protecting our recurring service contracts organizing institutional contacts and giving me more time to focus on field surveys and on-site equipment evaluations instead of sending repetitive emails all day.
Cons
Contact data syncing is a lot of work, mainly because the software does not have a native integration with ArcGIS Survey123. After every field visit, I still have to export data, clean it up and import it manually which becomes a real headache during busy regional audit schedules. Last winter, I finished inspections at six different medical facilities over three straight travel days, put off the spreadsheet imports and those newly assessed sites never entered the automated compliance reminder flow. A few facility managers contacted me wondering why they had not received their inspection summaries and I ended up sending several individual apology emails just to correct the lapse. The email templates could also be much more flexible. In medical device compliance, our communication has to follow formal and regulated language but the current editor gives limited control over layout, attachment automation and embedded documents. I still cannot build a workflow that automatically attaches the assessment PDFs generated from Survey123 so I have to find and attach every report manually in each follow-up email. After long days in the field, that adds a frustrating amount of admin work. Tagging is another weak spot since the platform does not offer strong enough options to organize sites by specific medical device categories. Because of that, I cannot run more targeted reminder campaigns for diagnostic equipment versus patient monitoring hardware. So while Clientify covers our core contact nurturing needs, these gaps consistently add manual effort.

“broad features but pricey start”
Pros
Comes with a pretty extensive set of features which is a real plus. Another thing that worked really well for me was its integration with real estate tools like Inmovilla CRM and that was especially useful for the work I was doing with real estate clients at the time.
Cons
That said, having such a complete feature set can also be a bit of a double edged sword since the onboarding process and learning curve can feel somewhat overwhelming at first. On top of that, the starting monthly price is a little steep at EUR65 plus taxes.

“Good for the price”
Pros
There are lots of marketing automation options here and getting this level of functionality would usually cost a lot more on other platforms.
Cons
The reporting could be better since it still feels pretty basic.

“Best tool with constant updates!”
Pros
Out of all the CRM tools I've used, this one has been the best by far. It's simple, clear and very easy to work with. They also keep it updated regularly and provide training which adds a lot of value. I recommend it to my clients all the time.
Cons
Up to this point, I haven't come across anything I dislike about it.

“Everything in one place!”
Pros
Having digital omnichannel support along with the ability to manage multiple contacts from a single platform is really useful. It keeps everything centralized and makes handling communication much more convenient.
Cons
If you're already using other platforms that provide the same features, there may not be much reason to switch away from them for this one.

“helpful communication tracking”
Pros
Keeping a complete record of conversations with leads and customers has been really useful especially since it brings together emails and social media messages in one place. Having that communication history available makes it much easier to track past interactions and plan the next steps more strategically.
Cons
While it does a good job automating some of the more repetitive and time-consuming tasks, it falls short when it comes to managing more complex sales funnels. Because of that, it's harder to customize the sales process and properly follow leads through every stage of the funnel.

“zoom integration but slow lead generation”
Pros
Connecting it with Zoom is pretty easy and that integration makes it convenient to create meetings without much hassle.
Cons
Lead generation takes quite a while and the platform tends to slow down when handling more complicated steps.

“too limited for growing needs”
Pros
Getting started with it is pretty easy and it doesn't take much time to learn the basics. There's a customer support chat available and it offers a decent set of functions for managing the data of a small business.
Cons
As soon as you need anything even slightly advanced, the platform falls short because those features just aren't there. The support may respond quickly but the actual help is disappointing. It's also difficult to connect with external applications.

“price hike and constant setbacks”
Pros
One thing that still works well is the support team although with the new platform you end up needing their help far more often. The system is fairly easy to understand and the updated learning materials do help when you're trying to get the most out of it. Building workflows also remains one of the better parts of the product.
Cons
Since the new platform launched, almost everything feels worse. Pricing used to be one of its strongest points but raising the cost by nearly 70% compared with the old Enterprise plan was a bad move. On the system side, every click refreshes the page which really hurts productivity. The WhatsApp Business line gets blocked by Meta almost immediately when connected which I assume happens because they are not official partners. On top of that, integrating APIs for other features, such as AI voice agents through DAPTA, is a nightmare. There are also two separate modules (Communication/inbox and Social Networks/social inbox) that make it unnecessarily confusing to understand where client management actually happens and that constantly confuses users. I even had a case where I manually created and saved a contact but after some kind of failure, possibly a server crash, the contact was nowhere to be found.
