“support is basically absent”
Pros
There were times when it had contact details that Apollo didn't... especially missing customer email addresses or phone numbers.
Cons
Biggest problem has been the complete lack of support. I was on a monthly plan using it as a backup to Apollo and when I tried switching over to PAYG, it never actually worked. I reached out to support by email and got no response at all. In the end, I had to wait for the plan to expire and then set up PAYG again using a different email address. Now, for the past week, I haven't even been able to log in and a colleague is dealing with the same issue. Meanwhile, the PAYG credits are still ticking down while we're locked out. I'm still waiting for someone to answer my latest email. Compared to this, Apollo's support has been outstanding.

“verified contacts without extra tools”
Pros
Having real time verification across 50+ email services and 20 dialer networks has basically replaced the separate enrichment plans I used before. As an Account Manager, I can pull verified direct dials and email addresses right inside the platform without exporting anything to third-party tools. That means my contact data stays validated and ready to use for account outreach at any time.
Cons
When I'm exporting very large account lists in bulk, it can occasionally take a while. Aside from that, the interface is easy.

“Love the AI assistant!”
Pros
As Head of Growth, the AI Sales Assistant has become a core part of my daily work. I rely on it to capture leads through AI search, gather lead intelligence on decision makers, verify emails in deep mode including catch-all domain support and reach out to prospects with sequences that have already proven their value.
Cons
The Chrome extension tends to slow down when I'm working through a larger list on LinkedIn. The reporting dashboard also lacks custom cohorts for Sales Performance Management so we still need to export the data to Google Sheets.

“powerful outreach workflow”
Pros
From an executive outreach standpoint, this platform covers a lot in one place. I can build a target account list using filters like technographic data and intent signals, then let Atlas create personalized, data-backed emails for each prospect and run the full cadence. It also helps me launch multichannel campaigns, place calls through the built-in dialer and monitor replies and pipeline activity from a single dashboard.
Cons
One area that still needs work is cadence automation on the mobile app since it doesn't give me the same level of control I have when I'm working from my desk.

“accurate tech-stack targeting”
Pros
Running a consultancy focused on CRM platforms like Salesforce and Dynamics 365, timing matters a lot for our business. The biggest advantage of this software has been its ability to narrow down prospects by their exact technology stack and buying intent. It gives us validated contact details for corporate buyers who are either already using a platform or planning a migration which saves our team a lot of research time.
Cons
The technical data and direct dial directories are definitely useful but some parts of the platform feel overly complex because of the large number of filtering options. Navigating through account hierarchies can also take a few extra clicks now and then.

“powerful prospect filtering”
Pros
One thing that makes this tool especially valuable to me is the depth of information it offers. I can quickly filter prospects by tech stack, funding rounds and hiring activity, then build contact lists that match my ICP in just a few minutes. The platform also verifies and checks emails in real time which gives me more confidence that my campaign content will actually reach primary inboxes.
Cons
Using advanced multi-filters in Lead Mining can make the interface feel a bit cluttered at times. Better onboarding for new users would make it much easier to get past the initial learning curve.

“Effective targeting”
Pros
Being able to filter companies by specific technology environments and sub-verticals is incredibly useful. In finance especially, having visibility into a company's current setup or legacy systems before the first conversation helps us begin with the right transformation strategy in mind. The direct contact data has also been reliable and accurate.
Cons
The data depth for commercial accounts is very solid but there are times when the platform doesn't refresh leadership details for some niche or specialized finance companies quickly enough. On top of that, the interface feels a little cluttered which can make onboarding harder for first-time users.

“accurate prospecting with smart filters”
Pros
Having technology stack filters and real-time email verification built in has been incredibly useful. In my role, being able to see a prospect's IT environment ahead of time makes a real difference and the level of data accuracy saves us from spending a lot of time on manual cleanup.
Cons
Information on smaller local businesses is not always as current as the enterprise-level records. On top of that, the interface has a bit of a learning curve and took a few days of regular use before it felt natural.

“real-time cadence visibility”
Pros
Running a team of eight SDRs, I used to lose an entire afternoon building multi-touch cadences across email, phone and LinkedIn. Clodura.AI changed that for me. I can put together a cadence, roll it out to the whole team and track progress in real time which has completely improved the way I handle Sales Performance Management reviews.
Cons
A limitation is the mobile app since it still does not give full control over campaign management. When I am on the road and need to pause or stop a cadence, I still have to open my laptop.

“targeted intent data”
Pros
One of the most valuable parts is the high buying-intent data around IT and cybersecurity signals. It lets us narrow down accounts using very specific intent indicators like technology gaps, upcoming contract renewals or cloud infrastructure growth which makes it much easier to spot companies that are actively in need of managed IT services right now.
Cons
At times, the contact verification still marks outdated IT roles as active so we end up reaching out to older positions while trying to hit the right contacts for scaling infrastructure efforts. The direct-dial information is very strong for North America but it still needs improvement when it comes to direct extensions for EU-based tech teams.
