Pros

Has been really valuable for how accurately it reworks our data using AI. I also appreciate the wide range of use cases it can handle especially the project mode which helps put responses into the right context and makes bid management possible. Because of that, we've become more efficient overall, both in the quality of what we deliver and in how quickly we can respond.

Cons

Setting up a use case required someone with experience or specific training. That made it harder to speed up adoption of the tool across the teams.
