“poor personalization and weak messaging”
Pros
They do provide weekly meetings and regular updates and you still retain control of the infrastructure.
Cons
Personalization is basically missing and they hardly assist with the finer details. They're much better at pitching themselves than actually understanding my business well enough to build the right messaging.

“costly outreach with zero results”
Pros
At least the team was courteous throughout the process, even if those weekly meetings kept coming with a positive attitude despite showing no actual results.
Cons
They sent more than 20,000 emails and didn't generate a single qualified response. Once the partnership ended, my own team sent around 30 emails and got two qualified responses which made the difference pretty obvious. There were no real results and with the up-front fees involved, it just wasn't worth the investment we made.

“outbound strategy that works”
Pros
Has been a big help in learning more about GTM and B2B outbound. It gave me a much better understanding of multi-channel strategies using tools like Lemlist, Clay and Apollo. It's also been very effective for finding new clients and building up my personal brand on LinkedIn. The methodology behind ColdIQ especially the focus on LinkedIn infographics and writing a strong hook, has been really valuable. Using it for mail campaigns and LinkedIn acceleration has paid off for me and I've now grown my LinkedIn audience to 10k followers. It helped me understand a lot of tools and put together a solid strategy and plan. I'm completely satisfied and would absolutely recommend this!
Cons
No cons from me.

“terrible fit for tech outreach”
Pros
The team we dealt with came across as very professional throughout the engagement. At the very least, I don't believe their outbound efforts caused any harm to our brand which is always something you worry about with this kind of outreach.
Cons
Since we operate in the technology space, their approach just didn't convert into any real traction for us. The outreach failed to generate conversations, opportunities or anything that could reasonably be seen as a return on the time and money invested. There was also a pretty noticeable gap between what was promised in the sales process and the value we actually received.

“outbound sales experts”
Pros
Right from the start, their team showed a deep understanding of outbound sales technology and I've also genuinely appreciated working with them as people.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike. I'm a real fan of their work and the recommendations they provide.

“smart sales stack insights”
Pros
They're really plugged into the sales stack and put together strong, well-researched lists of applications to use.
Cons
I haven't noticed any major issues with their business.
